Serving individual members with technology
Technology: The MACPA will develop a systematic approach to allow staff and members to remain on the leading edge of technological advancements and innovative uses of technology. Through
cooperation among staff, members and other strategic alliances, the MACPA will use a continuous improvement process to allow the most productive use of staff (human resources) to enhance our ability to deliver services to our members. Existing technologies and products will be fully utilized to maximize the cost/benefit.
Mass customization: The MACPA will provide customized services and benefits to help members compete and
survive in the rapidly changing environment. Technology will be utilized to help identify and provide the professional and personal services members want and need. segments.
Maximizing the power yielded by the MACPA in soliciting vendors to provide technological and informational resources to members: products, resources, training.
Professional development
Education: The MACPA will offer quality, cost effective and convenient continuing professional education that is relevant, meaningful and responsive to members' needs.
