Assist with bookkeeping and payroll services for multitude of clients along with participation in compilation, audit and tax services. Duties include assistance with client billing and record retention compliance. You should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks and / or Peachtree. However, on-the-job training will be provided. Excellent opportunity for someone interested in the accounting profession to get real work experience in public accounting. Job tasks will provide an invaluable illustration of the reality of the profession. Flexible work hours requiring 8 - 12 hours per week. Fraud: The use of one's occupation for personal enrichment through the deliberate misuse or misapplication of employing an organization's resources or assets. This can include the fraudulent conversion and obtaining of money or property by false pretenses.
