Cutting-edge Carroll County

Peggy Payne, Westminster High School chairperson of Business and Marketing, informs TCPA News that “Carroll County Public Schools are now teaching from a college text (Horngren's 6th Ed.). After completing both Accounting I and Accounting II with a B or better, our students will receive 3 transcripted credits from Carroll Community College. These credits can then be transferred to any 4-year college that will accept them.” Hats off to Carroll County for encouraging future CPAs!
