Go, Woodlawn High!

"The students (at Woodlawn High School) were attentive and many were interested in accounting careers. It was refreshing to see so many young people who were seriously considering majoring in accounting. They had some good questions also, other than how much an accountant makes a year. I think once they watched the video and realized the different career paths in accounting, some who were not sure about accounting changed their minds. Thanks for the opportunity." — Willie Eggleston, CPA

High school students unfazed after tackling revamped SAT exam

The sunny side of the CPA

The door bell rings and a man answers it. Here stands this plain but well-dressed kid, saying, "Trick or treat!" The man asks the kid what he's dressed up like for Halloween. The kid says, "I'm an IRS agent." Then he takes 28 percent of the man's candy, leaves, and doesn't say, "Thank you."
