Two tips for getting hired
1. Always close the loop with all parties involved in the interview process, including recruiters, since the business community may be smaller than you think and you never know when you may need to contact those same professionals again.
2. If you tell a prospective employer and / or a recruiter you are interested in working with them and / or are interested in a position, always follow up with that prospective employer and / or recruiter if you change your mind, since many people do remember if you do not follow through and may not want to work with you again in the future.
