SmartPros Salary Survey: A CPA license pays

A CPA license is a major determinate of an accounting professional's salary, according to the 2003 SmartPros Salary Survey. The online survey found that respondents with a CPA license were more than twice as likely than their non-CPA counterparts to have a salary of $60,000 or more.
